This hotel stay was one of the Best I have ever had. I booked a Studio Queen (2 Bed) Room. I arrived about 3 pm and check in was a complete breeze. My room was located on the 4th floor. We drove around the building for easier access to the room and our car. We opted to use the stairway to access the 4th floor to our room. The elevator set up is a bit of an inconvenience especially because this hotel can easily feel like a maze and our room happened to be at the end of the really long hallway. The room itself was perfection in a nut shell. We had a kitchenette stocked with glass bowls, coffee cups, glass wear, utensils, knives, paper towels, toaster, soap to wash dishes, refrigerator with ice maker, and a table with 4 chairs to dine on. The living room set up had a comfortable couch with a connected ottoman. The couch itself turns into a bed also, making the room a 3 bed. The Bathroom in this room was such a treat. The water pressure was amazing, the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash Was Refreshing! AND THEY HAVE A BATHROOM DOOR! Not this sliding door mess other hotels attempted to implement. The location was prime real estate. and everything was Clean.

I drove from Sacramento and had a problem with my left ankle. Knew I needed to ice ASAP or would end up not going out. Left my room and could barely walk. I asked a maid where the ice machine was. She told me I had to go to front desk to get ice. I thanked her and limped away. I took 2 steps and the maid who answered my question offer to get the ice for me. I wanted to cry because I knew I could not walk that far and she realized this. There truly are nice people still in bay area. Made my trip because I used the ice for 3 days. Wish I got her name. I looked for as I wanted to tip her

The property is walking distance to Laurel Street! There is plenty of parking. Their breakfast is excellent with eggs and sausage and or bacon depending on the day. The staff couldn’t be nicer including the front desk, the maid staff and the people maintaining the breakfast area. Stay here!

Loved everything about the Hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Staff was courteous and very nice. The room was really comfortable, clean and homey. Fantastic! Loved my stay! Was genuinely sad to leave on my last day, which is something rare.

Mubarak

Everything in the room. The fact that we had a second room and the extra bathroom. The kitchen and living area well designed. It felt like home away from home. Three big windows, spacious bedroom and a well equipped bathrooms.
